At The Military Store, we stand by the quality of our tactical gear and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is in unworn and unwashed condition.
Secure the Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our inspection team verifies the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
